GTMS created an 10m x 10m exhibition stand for Toshiba at the 2014 and 2015 BETT show, held at ExCel, London. The BETT show is the largest technology educational show in the UK with over 30,000 visitors across four days, from 138 countries.  All technology companies with products suitable for the educational sector exhibit, so it is important the stand has high impact, to complete and be noticeable from the other 860 exhibitors.

Working with 21Six, specialists in audience engagement, GTMS were asked to design and build an interactive stand that would creatively show how Toshiba’s technology can be purposeful in different environments and a leader in innovation.

The 2014 Toshiba exhibition stand at the BETT show showcased the different hardware and technology that Toshiba can offer to educational staff for the purpose of interactive classroom activities with children. Items included the latest tablets, laptops and ultrabooks.

The 2015 Toshiba stand was developed, with a larger footprint we were able to change the design and include different ‘scenes’, in order to better communicate the Toshiba story – one being a classroom and the other being a living room. This helped to show how Toshiba’s equipment can be used anywhere. GTMS were responsible for the layout, design, print, build, connectivity and set up, derig and event production management liaising directly with the show organisers.
