Funding Circle

EVENT OVERVIEW

Funding Circle UK was exhibiting at NACFB Commercial Finance Expo (CFE) held at the NEC, Birmingham. CFE is the only show in the UK dedicated to the business finance community. The show has over 150 exhibitors and welcomes more than 3000 professional visitors.

THE BRIEF

Working together with Funding Circle, GTMS designed and planned the space to ensure the objectives of the stand were achieved. Funding Circle wanted their stand to be highly visible and practical design for the 6 x 4m footprint. They also wanted their stand to be re-useable for future exhibitions. GTMS and advised on the construction, materials and appropriate H&S. GTMS also designed and developed the interactive elements of the stand, ensuring Funding Circle’s content was easily accessible electronically.

THE SOLUTION

GTMS were responsible for the design, construction, print, build, derig and event production management liaising directly with the show organisers. GTMS designed a stand-out structure with a roof, and included screens in the ceiling to represent skylights. The content on these screens replicated the sky view. There were multiple other touch screen media points, some showing interactive PDF’s which GTMS designed, as well as a monolith showing video content.

GTMS also thought about clever storage and designed the cushions in the stools to lift up, with a hollow stool to store important items.

GTMS have toured this stand five times in 2016, after each use any repairs or touch-ups take place back in the warehouse and then it is safely stored for it’s next outing.
