EVENT OVERVIEW

CyberArc were exhibiting at Infosecurity Europe (InfoSec) held at Olympia, London. InfoSec is Europe’s number one information security event and has been running for over 20 years. The show has over 360 exhibitors and welcomes more than 17,500 infosecurity professional visitors.

THE BRIEF

Working with Bright Partnerships, GTMS interpreted their design for the 9 x 7.5m stand and advised on the construction, materials and appropriate H&S. In addition to the footprint, the height of 6m and the desire for all print to be as seamless as possible made this build distinctive.

SOLUTION

GTMS were responsible for the construction, print, build, derig and event production management liaising directly with the show organisers. Due to the premium location of the stand, it was imperative CyberArc stood out from the competition. This was achieved with 30 edge lit signs and LED surround around the doorways to the three meeting rooms and storage area. GTMS also provided structural drawings and calculations and worked closely with the venue H&S team to ensure the height and construction method of the structure was approved.
